Journaling:In Northeast Texas, we seldom get a nice snow, so when we do, the kids really like to play. Haley is not that keen on the cold, but she manages. Julie, on the other hand, loves everything about it. Because the snow we get is always so wet, we go through many, many pairs of gloves, mittens, and toboggans. We are always hanging the soaking wet garb in front of the fireplace to dry, so that when the fresh ones get wet, we can switch them out.
