Friday, December 20 was supposed to be my last day of work before Winter Break and Brett had the day off to prepare for our trip to Colorado. I received the call for a late arrival due to 1-2 inches of snow and went back to bed. An hour later, I got the call cancelling school for the day.
We all slept in until 9 and then had a nice lazy morning with waffles for breakfast. Brett decided to take Joshua out to play in the snow before taking the kids to daycare. Joshua was so funny. This was his first snow that he really could go out and play in.
He first tried to push his lawnmower, but it kept getting stuck. Brett decided to teach him how to build a snowman. Joshua wanted an extra ball of snow on top. After the snowman, they had a snowball fight. They had a blast! Joshua still talks about how he threw snowballs at Daddy.
