Basically, this was done because I had a tutorial on making the cupcake that I wanted to practice AND I had a picture of my 2013 Thanksgiving meal.
JOURNALING: Thanksgiving dinner, 2013 was a quiet affair with just my 98-year old mother and me. I fixed corn pudding, flavored green beans, and crescent rolls. My mother fixed my favorite gelatin recipe. We had “Honey-Baked” ham and their sweet potato souffle. The only thing missing was a proper dessert. I know some consider "jello" a dessert. Not me. "Let them eat cake!" is my motto. A nice chocolate cupcake would have just made the meal complete!
