Journal reads: Cleaning out our childhood home was probably one of the toughest things I ever had to do. Venturing up in the attic and seeing some of the toys that me and my brother and sister used to play with was heartwarming and heartbreaking all at the same time. I loved that my Mom saved them for so many years, she probably thought someday the Grandchildren would play with them and give them another generation of life. They made it down from the attic that day only to be donated, sold or trashed. The only thing left are my photos and memories.
