I remember being excited about shopping for a real tree and having a large window in which to display it but disappointed that neither hubby, nor son, wanting to shop with me nor interested in helping me to decorate it once I brought it home.
We no longer celebrate Christmas for many different reasons but this one was definitively the beginning of the end for me."
