What a lovely day it was to walk! We drove to Grindelwald and took the chair-lift up to männlichen. The views from there are always magnificent. Our plan was to do the very easy Panoramaweg, a walk of about an hour and a half to Kleine Scheidegg.The path runs along the side of steep mountains, looking far down into the valley below. It is a level and easy walk, too easy for Maitu who complained that she wanted something more challenging. We stopped often for photos, doesn’t her red jumper look gorgeous against the blues and greens! From Kleine Scheidegg we took another train back down to Grindelwald. This is a nice ride..a walking path runs down more or less along the track...maybe we should walk down that one day. Walking in the mountains always leaves me invigorated.. I feel so very lucky to have these wonderful experiences!
