On our Kenton's birthday the year that he passed away, we had a wonderful community birthday party complete with a pig roast, dinner, climbing wall, inflatables, obstacle course, face painting, and movie. During the evening as the kids were playing, the adults sat around visiting and tying the edges of nearly 200 blankets to donate to PCMC. This was the day we delivered them. What a hard day that was. Seeing some of our favorite nurse friends made it just a little easier.
