As a permanent resident of Texas, I'm so happy to be able to comment on your lovely layout, Tammy. Although I currently live far away from our great state, not a day goes by that I don't think of her wonderful people and fabulous countryside. For example, not many folks know that Texas has more different types of wildflowers than any other state in the U.S., thanks to the wide variety of growing conditions north to south, east to west. You did a marvelous job of choosing photos that exemplify our incredibly beautiful state. I also like the other icons you chose: the Alamo (site of the famous battle that decided Texas' future), the bluebonnet (our state flower), the cowboy and his bucking bronco (symbolic of Texas as a gateway to the West and western ways). Your clusters are gorgeous, too, and beautifully positioned as well. You also did a great job of matting and shadowing the state outline.
