Scrapping photos from 2009, when Carla was with us less than a month, it’s strange to get my head into remembering when it was a triumphant first time they sleep on the same couch. Oh it took them a while to get along at all, I really thought we’d end up having to take Carla back to the shelter because she got along with one of the 2 incumbent cats, but Kaline just hated her. I’m so glad we didn’t because Carla is such a sweetheart. She and Kaline are total buds now. “Where are the girls?” is usually answered with a look upstairs in their favorite places to sleep side by side.
