Very pretty layout, a work of sheer confection with its soft colors and delicate elements. I like how the arc of the wordart above the photo matches the arc of the banner below. The flower cluster and music staffs add lovely sparkles.
The photo really pops against that beautiful watercolour paper. The border is very romantic and I love that the bow tie is holding up one end of the banner.
