Texas trip, 2016
Journaling reads: We all know about the Alamo in San Antonio, TX. However, if you travel approximately 70 miles to Fredricksburg, TX, you will arrive at a touching and inspirational museum. This museum honors our men and women who served in World War II and also the Presidents who served in the military for our country. Enter the museum and learn what happened from the start to the end of the war. Walk outside and wander along the many walls with tributes to our military personnel. Admire the monuments that tell us about our Presidents and when they served. And lastly, walk in the Japanese Garden of Peace, which was gifted to us from the Japanese government.
