Journaling: I finally got all the yarn I need to get started on Alex_s chevron blanket. I was so excited that crocheted too long and overdid it (again). My hands hurt too much to continue. I_m so bummed, because it_s a super easy pattern (by Melanie Ham) and it_s coming together so well and so quickly. I have used Mineral Ice multiple times, put ice packs on my hands, found some stretches for crocheters, and even picked up a pair of compression gloves to use as soon as they feel better. In the meantime, I_m getting some scrapping done.
