Journaling : Day 2 was a sea day; we were happy to relax and enjoy the entertainments on board. On Day 3 we docked into Corfu. We had booked into a tour of Acheillon Palace and the old town. The palace was more like a villa in which the Empress of Austria lived for a while. It was ok. The guide left us at the edge of the old town to explore for ourselves, I felt a bit cheated! The old town was full of tourist shops and restaurants; quite charming. The shops were nice and the prices great but we had only a little time to explore. A good day!
