Journaling : We reached Santorini in the afternoon. I went to the gym in the morning and has brunch before we docked. We had booked a tour to see Oia. The bus ride was interesting as the guide gave us a lot of information about this volcanic island. But again, this was not a tour as she left us at Oia to explore by ourselves. Oia was very pretty. I’ve seen so many pics of the blue-domed church! I was happy to take a pic myself. Oia was again full of tourist shops; plenty of pretty artwork to see! It is very small, we had walked its length in no time at all. Next the bus took us to Fira. The guide just gave us a ticket for the cable car to get us back to the port and let us loose. These tours are not at all good. It was too hot for us so we found a nice little bar with a fantastic view and enjoyed cocktails as the sun set!
