There have been times when I have become so discouraged with my sewing that I have given up on it for long periods of time.
I decided to alter a pair of pants this morning and my machine started misbehaving from the word GO!
The cotton was just clumping in large loops!
I decided to stay calm, just breathe and not give up.
The cotton hadn't picked up correctly when I threaded the machine so I realised there was a problem there and I didn't waste time with the tension.
I explored Digi-Land for some answers and visited YouTube.
It took some time and some frustration but I learned how to set the timing on my machine.
I felt quite chuffed that I got it right and I saved a lot of money by doing it myself!
