Journal: My second day of winter cycling ended abruptly after I fell twice on the ice. I was enjoying the unusual spring like weather but suffered the consequences with a bruised hip, knee and elbow but once all is healed I will be on the ride again!

Ouch! I'm glad you weren't more seriously injured. I like the black and white monochrome palette, with just the touches of red and green. Great quote choice.

Oh my! I did this once and never biked in freezing weather again. Was doing great all through the ride and then at the end, hit some black ice and slid right across the road on the side of the bike and went down. Will never ride if there might be ice again :-)
