journaling: Peak 6 always has amazing annual parties. It’s one of the great things about working for a small firm that is privately owned. The partners can chose to splurge on parties- the 10th anniversary we had Bon Jovi, this year wasn’t too shabby with Jason Derulo. Although, Gavin & I realized we were old when we hadn’t heard of the musical talent.
This year’s theme was Super hero so everyone had fun dressing up. I went as Wonder Woman and was escorted by Duff Man. The party also featured Spiderman hanging upside down serving champagne and the Batmobile. They also had laser tag where you picked good vs evil. The decorations were all thematic, with different food stations based on characters such as Poison Ivy salad station. All in all an awesome party.
