In the summer of 2015 my dad did the envisioning, measuring snd drawing of the plans to turn our unused nook (storage) room off the kitchen into an accessible bathroom. (A construction princess bathing with a kiddie pool and shower chair in the kitchen was unacceptable even in retirement to the king!) After a couple months of his pre-creating and securing the necessary permits, he started work at the end of September, and I had a full ADA bathroom by the beginning of November. When he was here working, his grandkitten supervised every pipe and panel.
