Summer is not a long season in Minnesota and Labor Day typically signals the end as outdoor pools are drained and the kids head back to school. After our workout this morning my friend and I sat for an hour and a half by the outdoor pool at the athletic club where we work out knowing tomorrow it will be an empty concrete hole for the next 8 months. We have indoor pools but they just aren't the same.
