I love that you scrapped the two pictures in the shape of the state. This is a great template. You really do wonderful work with templates.
I really like the combo of the hot pink and the textures charcoal paper.The large title really anchors the cute pix and fun elements. The big pink circle at the top is almost like the sun.Nice.
