For a challenge at another site, we were given this vintage photo and had to come up with a story about it.
Talk Bubble: Is that you, Fred? Ah, Dude! Say it isn’t so!
Journaling: My twin brothers, Charlie and Tommy, are just one year older than I am, so this picture must have been taken when they were 5 years old. Tommy had just lost both his front teeth and had placed them under his pillow awaiting the Tooth Fairy. Unbeknownst to Tommy, Charlie had stolen them and was jamming them inside our Thanksgiving turkey when Dad wanted to take our picture. That’s not a smile on Charlie’s face; it’s a grimace as he shoved his hand into the sage stuffing!
