One minute, you are
wide awake and playing,
and the next minute, you
are fast asleep. It is so
adorable! Sometimes, a cat nap
like that is all you need to get
your energy back. Other times, you will
sleep like that for an hour or two! The bad thing is that when you fall asleep
just anywhere, it’s most often after 5pm, and we need to wake you up or you won't sleep at night.
