Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern was founded in Dublin Ohio in 2002 and has grown to 23 locations in six states. According to their website: “Beyond serving great food and drinks, The Bucket is committed to supporting the communities it does business in through fundraising initiatives and charitable giving.”  We decided to try out their food one afternoon. The restaurant has a warm, welcoming atmosphere with a large selection of craft beers and specialty cocktails plus classic American food. Karon tried their meatloaf: made fresh daily, stacked atop our mashers and covered with BBQ gravy and crispy onion rings; served with green beans and oven roasted carrots.  I decided to have the “Bucket Bites”: mini burgers on potato buns with grilled onion, yellow cheddar cheese and pickle chips with a side of seasoned fries. If there is any question they are a sports bar, our sever, Adam, posed next to a great homage to OSU Buckeye coaches Jim Tressel and Woody Hayes.
