This is for a challenge at another site. We were given a vintage photo and had to make up a story about it then scrap a page.
JOURNALING: When I was looking through an old chest that was in Grandma Phoebe’s attic, I came across this intriguing photo, a small flag of France, and an empty perfume (?) bottle with a small, heart shaped pendant hanging from it. My mother confirmed that the little girl in the picture was definitely Phoebe. She told me that Phoebe and her older brother, Phillip, apparently were sent to France when they were just toddlers to live for a time with their grandparents, but she didn’t know why. She said Phoebe always claimed it was in France where she first became fascinated with old guns and hunting dogs, hobbies that were encouraged by her Grandfather Bussy. Hmmm....this photo seems to prove that maybe Phoebe’s Fantastic stories might just be real. But what is the significance of the perfume bottle and heart pendant?
