For a challenge at another site, we are given a vintage photo and asked to scrap a humorous page about it with the idea that "This Thing Never Really Happened" (TTNRH)

In the background of the photo, I saw that Judy Holliday was starring in Bells are Ringing. I looked up the history of that play and discovered it was on Broadway in 1956. I knew I wanted to do some kind of page with either Fernando or Lorenzo Lamas. How lucky I was to discover that Fernando Lamas was also playing on Broadway in 1956 and would win a Tony for his performance. The journaling “wrote itself” after that!  (Maybe I need to buy a lottery ticket!)

JOURNALING: This darn New York traffic; hurry driver, we don’t want to miss Cousin Fernando’s big scene in the musical.

Fernando Lamas was quite surprised when a llama walked into the theatre where he was performing “Happy Hunting” claiming to be related! Lamas quickly recovered his composure and invited the imposing animal to be his guest at the upcoming Tony Awards. Lamas (Fernando) went on to win Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in a Musical and his “cousin” was so proud.
