Suffice it to say, chocolate is a BIG deal in our house. Between my husband and our son, I'm not sure who is the bigger chocoholic! We were lucky enough to enjoy a tour and a chocolate making at the DeKarina Chocoloate Factory in the Golan Heights, high up in the Israeli mountain, back in March of this year. As you can imagine, my two men-folk were VERY happy crappies!
