What a cool page. I relate to this totally, though I'm not yet a grandma. The pic of him against the graffitti wall is so great; very moody and masculine. I like how you stretched the title across the bottom of the page and put those brown squares at each side. It looks like a magazine page; very polished. Love that you used a clock adn your journaling is really what it's all about. Just marvelous.
Photos are amazing, you have a very handsome son, I think this is my favorite of your layout thus far.... journaling is awesome tells the story well... GREAT JOB!
I am captivated by the play of dark and light on this page. Beginning first with the photo with its dark shadows but yet his face is lluminated. The choice of dark browns easing into the creamy colors adds to the wonderful compliment of darks and lights. Fabulous use of the challenge brush- it seems so perfect for the look and theme (graffiti- in the photo and journaling) of the page. I like the way you ahve hedged in the all caps title with the blocks on either side.
