“Somebody is 40! We had a little fun for this big birthday. The kids and I stayed up really late decorating the yard with black balloons and then proceeded to make a nice big chocolate bouquet of candy bars. A few days later we went up to mom and dad’s house for dinner with a big strawberry cheesecake for dessert. Thanks to the wind, we couldn’t get all 40 candles to light at the same time. Oh well. It may not have been a BIG party but everyone sure knew it was his birthday and sent him lots of wishes. A great day for a great husband and father!”
