The stork has visited our home! My daughter gave birth to a little boy on the 3rd of December. She had a hard time of it but it was all forgotten once we met the new member of our family! What a moment it was, the very best of 2018! As a first-time grandmother, I am totally besotted with him! I find everything about him to be just fascinating; the way he yawns, the way he screws up his face in preparation for a loud wail, the way he goes cross eyed with pleasure over his milk, the way his hands curve into little fists, the way he escapes from his swaddling to tuck his hand under his head...he is just gorgeous in every way possible!
It is with very great pleasure that I welcome this little one into our family. I hope he has a long, healthy, happy life with all the comforts of love, family, friendships, prosperity, intellect & creativity and the capacity to enjoy it all.
