Journaling: We wanted a better place to store all of our sheet music than the dark hall closet. We always planned to put it in the living room cabinetry we finally had installed this fall after many years of waiting but didn’t know how to keep it organized and music easy to find in the extra deep cupboards. I read about using inexpensive magazine files to store paper office supplies and realized most of the music we have would fit in these. We can fit 9 across and 2 deep in our new cabinets so little used titles are in the back and the more popular music is in the front. The kids can just pull out a box and grab what they want with little searching.
