1 pack of cupcake mix
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1 egg
mix together with spoon until smooth
pour into baking cups
bake in preheated over at 350 degrees for 22 minutes
remove from over, allow to cool and enjoy
optional ingredients: a 3 year old boy who likes to help mix and a bonafide taste tester.
