What a fun challenge! I used Rainbows and Unicorns by Heather Z for a majority of the page, with the lightning bolt coming Dreamin Forever Designs's Playing In The Rain kit and the rain brush coming from Sheila Reid's Rain Rain Kit. Of course, I also used the bubble wrap brush from the challenge. I used it in two different colors to give the background a kind of grunge look.
