Love is...

This page is for the Survivor season 9 week 3 Brilliant Books challenge. I used the following quote from Snow Falling on Cedars by David Guterson: "None of those other things make a difference. Love is the strongest thing in the world, you know. Nothing can touch it. Nothing comes close. If we love each other, we're safe from it all. Love is the biggest thing there is."

I began by digitally painting a silhouette for the base of my quote, then adding all papers and ellies from Love Yourself collab by GS Designers

Fonts used for my quote are Budayut (cursive) and AR Darling (stampy)

What a neat idea for how to place your quote on the page. Really like all the clustering that you have done to make your silhouette with your quote stand out. Love the hearts that you have added. The dimesnsion of them is terrific.

Kelley, I totally love the silhouette shape filled with the quote. The use of the different fonts on the quote emphasizes the important words perfectly. Great shadow work. The flowers really hold the paper with the quote up above them. Looks very 3 dimensional.
