I used This Crazy Life by the Sweet Shoppe Designs Designers and Combined it with a few things from LJS Designs Love Wins with a few colors changed on the "Love Wins" Heart and the butterfly and folded heart. Template is Dear Friends Designs Color Me Happy Right hand side of the temp.
