Autumn came to us as a kitten in 2014.  She was a Craigslist kitten, bought by Lana Li (one of my students).  Lana trusted everyone, so she didn't question anything the seller told her, including age, sex, and vaccination history.  When Lana went to Norway for the summer, her boyfriend decided that Autumn needed to be an outside-only kitten and neglected her as well.  Lana was furious when she got back, and dumped the boyfriend then contacted us to take the kitten, who at that time was presumed to be a boy and was named Doug.  We renamed her Autumn after finding out she was a girl, got her vaccinated and spayed, and she's been with us ever since.  Lana lived with us for a short time, too, but then went back to China.  Autumn adopted Scott as her person and often hugs him to snuggle, but she gets jealous of the others if they want turns.  Her best friends are Sherbet and Shadow.  Scott removed the light above the sink.  One day, we heard meowing echoing from in the kitchen, and found Autumn up in the hole!
