Fantastic wintry page! sweet picture and you have scrapped it beautifully! I love that blue is the main color, perfect for a boyish and wintry page. Nice paper choices, stacks and the clustering is simply amazing, love the use of the doily, flair  and the penguin. Terrific shadowing as usual, you did an outstanding work, love it!
