Sprinkles are a must for me as well! I really like the look of the row of photos with the combination of circle and rectangle papers behind them. I am also very drawn to the heart borders on the top and bottom of the page.

Love the heart border on the bottom. Love the big red cirlce under the row of pictures. The bears are a cutes added touch. Love this page.
