Hole in My Heart

Today the Lord took from me my best friend. My lover, my soul mate, The man I want to be with all the time. In my heart I am left with a gaping hole. I know we all go through this in time and are never ready for it. I know in due course I will be reunited with him again. I also know that in time, with the help of my loving family and friends this gaping hole will be mended. Although I know all this will happen in time, right now all I feel is the pain of having the love of my life ripped from me and having go on in life all alone without him.
