I love to bake and cook but baking is my first choice. When I search cookbooks, Pinterest or my many favorite food blogs I look for something I've not made before that I think me and my ranchman would like. Several years ago I saw how to make peanut butter cups with Ritz crackers, peanut butter and melted chocolate and knew this was something I needed to try. Fun to make and oooh super good to eat.
