My Aunt, Grace Whitehead, became a tram conductress in London in 1942 when she was 17 years old. She worked on the trams from the early hours of the morning until late at night during the bombings of WW2.

I like the pairing of an oval photo crop on a round doily. Wonderful the way the lovely cluster wraps around the side and bottom of the photo.
