One Windy Day

So much to love! That ruffle really floats my boat; and I'm all about a glittery flourish and lacey underskirt!! This whole pale monotoned hue thing you have going on is just stunning w that photo. Took my breath away and had to click on it from the thumbnail, then oh! delight, it's Jillicious!! that hat is a really fun cluster center object. Divine!

Awesome layout!  I love that the hat in the cluster seems to be a match to the photo - and I love, love, love that big cluster, especially the twigs you've used in it.  The glittery border is lovely, too.

Oh my goodness, that hat and this layout are just blown right out of the park with their awesomeness.  Love the blend mode on the photos and the absolute PILE of wonderful elements, layer up layer of them, all to nestle the little hat the wind blew right off her head and into the elements.
