We used thin cut steaks
Recipe makes 4 steak rolls
1 pk cream cheese makes
1 pk imitation crab
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Garlic powder (optional)
I started by tenderizing the steaks and softening the cream cheese. Once the steaks were tenderized I salt and peppered then I evenly spread cream cheese on top. After that I layered the crab on top (I shredded the meat to make it go further). Salt pepper and i added garlic and parsley. Then I rolled it and held it closed with tooth picks. Salt and peppered again and then brushed it with olive oil. I pan seared it for just a few minutes then threw it in the oven for about 15-20 mins till it was nice and brown!
