Easter this year presented quite a challenge for my sister and I. We usually gather together with family and friends for a nice meal and conversation. But with most everyone in quarantine, and no restaurants to go to, we decided to meet for lunch at the cemetery. I know it’s not most people’s first choice for an outing but growing up, we have many fond memories of our grandparents taking us to the cemeteries on Sundays. We would tend the graves, chase bunnies and get some fresh air. And the Sunday drive would always end with Grandpop searching for the best ice cream. So what would be a better way to celebrate Easter than lunching in the fresh air and sunshine and reliving some of those wonderful memories?
