"Face" Time

Nursing homes for the elderly can be terribly lonely but I go and visit even if we have to talk on our phone but see each other through glass. I used Snickerdoodle Designs "No Matter When" kit collection.

I'm so glad you are able to even get this close! Lovely documentation of this difficult moment. She looks like she is doing well though, so that's good. Hope dad is ok, too. Love the pink vine winding thru.

It is amazing how resilient the elderly can be at times like this. We remember they suffered the privations of the war and the aftermath of the great depression, rationing and all kinds of stuff. My mother is 91 and doing very well. This layout, though, is a beautiful tribute to her resilience. The sweet flowers, the tag "another time," it is lovely.
