Covid Thanksgiving

COVID has hit our family... even though I’m happy to say that their symptoms currently are light and this afternoon they felt decent enough to have a Thanksgiving at home, Jared has tested positive and even though Emily’s test came back negative she’s sure she has it too. 😢
We had a quiet Thanksgiving at home and are thankful that Adam was able to spend the day with us. After we ate our meal, we packed up food and engaged in Operation Martin's Curb-side Thanksgiving Delivery and headed to Jared & Emily's house. It was great to see these smiling faces even from a distance.
The following paragraph is from Emily's FB post...
"Please guys, wear your masks! We social distance, have our groceries delivered, and mask up every time we have to leave the house but unfortunately, that’s not true of some people we’ve been around. The mask isn’t 100% effective but it has been proven to help slow the spread. If everyone could just make the tiniest sacrifice to keep
everyone healthy, we might actually get to spend time
together again!"
