That certainly does look cold!! I like the arrow pointing to the temp gauge, the side work is lovely as is the little scene at the bottom and the splashing snowball at the top.

Love your layout and the fun title. I have seen on the news that a lot of places got snow whre they rarely get snow. Your title sugest that you rarely get snow. I am in the South east and all we have had is a lot of rain. Love the arrow pointing to the thermometer. Enjoy the snow and have fun.
