I love the wavy background paper on the page.  I also like how the bottom blue wave is slightly distressed.  

Wow!  This looks like an awesome place to visit - but dangerous, too.  Wouldn't want to get caught below when the tide came in.  I love all the movement I see in the papers you used, and the scallop and buttons are lovely compliments to your page.
