Bryce was watering the plants when he noticed new buds emerging on the geraniums. When he showed me the photo he took, all I could thing of was how much these little buds reminded me of rosebuds. This also took me back in time when I had an extreme flare with my chronic illness in the 1990s. My mom would regularly bring me a single rosebud that she would put in my rosebud vase. They cheered me up a lot. I had not thought of those single red rosebuds in years. It is ‘funny’ how just seeing a photo can take you down memory lane.
