Soon I will be welcoming my first great grandchild into the world. It seems like only a week ago, his mum was a baby herself! She is only 20 and it seems so young!! But I was only 20 when I had my first child and I felt quite grown up enough to be a Mum. She is a kind and gentle girl and I know she will be a kind and loving mother.

Your journaling made me teary, it is lovely. The picture of the mum holding her tummy, the LOVELY pic of baby in the mum's tum are even nicer than that BEAUTIFUL blending you have done with the star papers. Your work with the scallops and lade is just lovely and the washing line - well, it is a portent of things to come, isn't it.
