Arizona! Captions: the text is from the AAA book, the middle picture is the rental car plate, the spaceship was a car sticker, and Mom took the owl picture on base. My journaling at the bottom: Mom made this [physical] scrapbook page during her trip but never finished it. I added the edge pieces and the title, plus added captions and embossed. Mom’s journaling on the top: Arizona Trip February 2002. My first time back to these places in 50 yrs! What wonderful memories of then & now. Mom’s journaling on the left: Ted Clare, Bill and Stevie drove flew and enjoyed staying on base [with an arrow to the description of the base]. The digital stamp I used on two of the papers reads, “Life was meant for good friends and great adventures.” The writing on the other paper reads, “AZ.”
I used an unfinished paper-pieced scrapbook page that my mom had started, one of the templates from “Craft Fair” by the GingerBread Ladies/Aimee Harrison, and 4 papers & a word art digi stamp from “Wanderlust” by Miss Fish & Shepherd Studio. The font is “Sun Traveller.”
